On june 20th, the criminal cult has lost **another** suit before Paris Court of Appeal, 1st Chamber.

The cult has been sentenced to 20000 euros (+ or - 18000 US $) plus costs.

It (thru its french version of Freedom and the Danièle GOUNORD, President of the defamation paper) has been recognized guilty of defamation against both the attorney Olivier Morice (attorney for the UNADFI) and the ex-president of the french UNADFI, Janine Tavernier-- ".

It has also been recognized guilty of the unauthorized use of personal image (this is special to France: one should not use a shot of some private individual without his permission).

Danièle Gounord is one of the c plaintiffs (on charges "insult") against me, before french courts.

Alas, the appeal court would not ask a supplementary amedn in case of recidive. Because the last Ethique et Liberté, which was issued yesterday, is still somewhat defamatory like usual.

That f* thing is just there to find out and expose supposed crimes of opponents. Since it can't find such "crimes", it invents them!

The scam cult was sentenced for violation of computerized filing rules. It was absolved of fraud attempt.

It has to pay 14501 euros plus its own costs (they don't care about costs:

the same day, they appealed the ruling, and they complained before ONU or EC against France for some stupid reason.

They have the billions, we have the laws and the truth about them.
