There is plenty of evidence and testimony and court records for all these things.

To any ex-scientologist out there: Think about what you were told by promo, speech, policy, bulletin, books, regges that you have now found out are lies.

Every fictional biography, every PR briefing that spun the actual events in a way that you wouldn't be alarmed by it and leave the "church". Isn't that false pretenses? Isn't that False and misleading information given you deliberately so as to induce you to contribute time, money and your effort to the cult? And thus this falsity defrauded you of your time, money, effort, human rights, health, etc?

The fact is Hubbard lied constantly about his past and accomplishments. He directed these lies be put in promo, books and other materials that induced you to join and contribute. David Miscavige took over the whole mess and micro-manages it as "chairman of the board" and he has had from before that specific and personal knowledge of the lies, criminality and fraud. He has personally continued the lies and fraud while knowing full well he was lying and he was in charge of a fraud. He stood up and told thousands of scientologists at the 1986 announcement of hubbard's death specific and provable lies about hubbard. The truth, material facts that were hidden from scientologists, would have caused most if not all then scientologists to leave the fraud and demand their money back. Those are just some examples.

I encourage everyone who can to file criminal charges against Him and his top exectutives and officers for continuing major fraud.

It's my considered opinion that the only way to really stop the fraud and abuse of the cult group known as "scientology", "the church of scientology" or "the scientology religion", etc., is to lay suit and win against them repeatedly and for large amounts of money.

And by the bringing of criminal charges, indictments, trials and convictions.

While charging the "corporations" of the "church" may work, I think it is more on point and more effective to lay criminal charges and lay suit to the PERSONS in charge. Bring David Miscavige, Norman Starkey, Ray Mithoff, the Lenskes, any named director or officer of any of the "church" corporations to criminal and civil court and show a Jury how insane and harmful and criminal they have been.

They violate real laws. They really hurt people. These are actionable.

Jury awards and criminal sentences are ultimately backed by force. Men with guns and the power of the state to seize assets and persons.

Force is the only thing the corrupt and criminal leaders of "scientology" recognize.

I think every person reading a.r.s., OCMB, XSO who is a former scientologist, indeed EVERY former scientologist should actively and specifically use the justice system of the society in which we live to stop this fraud and abuse. Sue and lay criminal charges.

I follow Larry Wollersheim in this. I think he is right, in his latest letter of last year, "special update on 8.6 million dollar wollersheim scientology collection and refund success tips for ex-scientologists. They will only respond to creditable threat of criminal or civil penalties. And only civil and criminal penalties will stop their criminality and abuse of others.

That's it. That is the final word. That is the solution.

No ammount of "PR" or bad press will make an effective enough or broad enough change. The cult thinks they know and can win with PR. Well, they lost the Wollersheim case and had to pay out a lot of "thin dimes", in spite of the "PR" they sold to the members, spinning it as a "win".

Payouts and going to jail are what is going to stop the criminality and help former members to recover.

David Miscavige and L. Ron Hubbard before him were and are the defacto dictators in control of the entire "scientology" empire. This is true regardless of the bogus compartmentalized "corporate structure". It is obvious to juries and courts alike.

If you have been harmed and defrauded by anything having to do with the "official" "churches" of "scientology" or their front groups, then I urge you to make criminal complaint and lay suit to obtain convictions and award of damages. Start with David Miscavige and the rest of the top officers and executives.
