Membership prices:
Copper: $11,500.00, $7000.00 in one payment, or $6000.00 that day
Bronze: $31750.00, $21,000.00 in one payment, or $19,000.00 that day
Silver: $140,000.00, $90,000.00 in one payment, or $85,000.00 that day
Platinum: $500,000.00, $400,000.00 in one payment, or $350,000.00 that day
The first price is if financed + 8.5% interest. For example, if you finance the Copper membership it comes out to $14,328.00. Piazza says he is raising prices soon.
All prices include a copy of Dianetics by L. Ron Hubbard (j/k). Do a search on the term "Exchange in Abundance." It is FrontSight's marketing philosophy.
That should answer the Scientology question.

It also appears that up to 30 people bought 1 acre parcels to built their dream home and never recieved their deed and no parcel sub-division has ever been applied for from the planning department in the county.
Scientologist Piazza and his scam community are going to take a big fall soon.

Wow...all memberships include a copy of Dianetics? B-b-b-ut Piazza has stated that Scientology has <snicker> "nothing to do at all with Front Site, nope, nuh-uh, bupkis, nada." Seems blogger Diane Hsieh wasn't too off-target after all! And thanks to Arnie Lerma for prodding this issue to the forefront of public attention. Well done, Arnie!
The surrounding property "sales" reminds me of another scamster, J.Z.Knight, channeller of Ramtha, a two thousand year old warrior. When Knight moved to Yelm, Washington, her mindless followers swarmed into the area, turning it from a quiet, pine woods wilderness to a vortex of gullibility and the determinedly stupid, surrounded by strip malls and fast food joints. Once Yelm was defiled, Knight moved to Arizona, leaving her drooling acolytes behind. Turns out, Knight OWNED all the land sold to followers. It was a monstrously clever tactic to sell real estate and shed her fawning neighbors!
