Charlie, the webmaster of www.xenu.ch, had an ongoing criminal trial for extorsion. He was aquitted (although he defended himself!). Scientology, as the civil party in the criminal trial, appealed. Scientology's theory was that Charlie tried to extort money from scientology with his website. While the appeal was ongoing, Ava Paquette had the website removed for alleged copyright violations. The appeal court complained that the evidence was missing. Charlie did not put his website back up while the appeal was ongoing. So the appeals court told scientology that their appeal would not be successful. Scientology dropped its appeal a few days before trial. And now Charlie can put his website up again :-)
According to Charlie, scientology spent around 20000 SFR for the adventure. I assume this is about 10000 USD.

Chralie has made a terrific job in his website. Thanks to him, many data are available in german, and I fear that the poor OSA chief in Switzrland , the OSA poor scam cultist Jurgen Stettler, should join soon the RPF, since not only he followed the idiot orders of his chiefs in OSA INT, but that his resposability in the loss is severely engaged.
Meanwhile, searching for "scientologie" word gets people right on ... www.anti-scientologie.ch , whose webmaster Jean-Luc Barbier is attacked by the cult since years... the cult should have repaid Jean-Luc something like 100000 dollars in the beginning of the conflict, but instead, scientology managed to destroy his health, his enterprise, and his friends. Therefore, it has gained an enemy and continues to refuse to repay Jean-Luc while trying to put "enough pressure" on him.
This Stettler acts as a fool because of scientology, but scientology chiefs are no fools: they follow the crime-generating policies of L. Ron Hubbard, knowinlgly: they can't ignore what the laws are, since they pay attorneys in every country where they commit their illegal activities under the guise of human rights and wellbeing.
