Since May we have been asking for $31,202.00 that is sitting on account at Flag, just money sitting there on account. Glen Stilo the OSA terminal here at Flag in charge of responding to us who have either found out the crimes of the current managment or have had the crimes (Fair Game) committed on us.

Well no money is being returned unless we sign a General Release and protect their asses from us. Hey Stilo and Miscarriage get a hint..stop creating your own enemies.

We have even agreed to a release for the funds that they are holding of ours but that is not good enough.

So here is a group that really hammers in "exchange" and they define criminal exchange as giving money and getting nothing in return. Well am I surprised that they apply that part of criminal exchange fully..no.

Now lets talk about WISE I had paid $1000.00 for an ad in the WISE directory of which they never placed and our name in the directory which never got placed and when we asked for our $1000.00 back we were ignored until we threatened legal and then they acted as if they never heard of our request. This was through the WISE office at Flag.

So here it was in June that they responded and they actually cut a check on June 25th but never mailed it to us. I had to hire an attorney and only after being threatened with legal did they actually send me our money and that was August.

Now why would they hold onto our money when they cut the check in June???

Because they love creating enemies that is why...they can get more money out of the parishoners for the IAS if they have enemies..my guess.

So back to our money on account at Flag the mecca of tech. Glen tells me in his last letter to me received on October 17th, 2000 that "We are under no obligation to return donations, but Church policy does allow us to do so under certain circumstances". Guess I am one of those circumstances.

Well Glen your application to the IRS regarding refunds states very clearly "It has been a long-standing policy of the church that if someone is dissatisfied with their Scientology services and asks to have their contributions returned these amounts will be returned. Likewise, if the person asks for the return of contributions for which no services were received the monies will be returned"

Nothing about a release or other garbage that we have been going through.

Now Glen in the new Scn Ethics book page 296 "Demanding the return of any or all donations made for standard training or processing actually received or received in part and still available but undelivered only because of departure of the person demanding(the donations must be refunded but this policy applies)High Crimes and Suppressive Acts.

So CST special directors Stephen Lenske, Sherman Lenske and Lawrence Heller I do not think that the COS is in compliance with their IRS agreement. Hey Glen you could be on the RPF for many lifetimes if screwing me around got noticed by the IRS tax exemption division there in LA who is over your orgs tax exempt basis...so why don't you just pay us, because no matter what Glen ...we love you... well maybe not love but not hate.. a little pissed at times... oh fuck it Glen come on over for a cup of coffee and a smoke and lets settle this.
