This document is a consecutive list of legal activities that the Guardian's Office/Office of Special Affairs of Italy has been involved in from 1981 until 1985.
It identifies the year the action began (f. e. with a police investigation against the Scientology org in Roma) and the date when it was concluded (f. e. with a trial and a sentence). The "Case/Invest" identifies the character of the legal case, while the "what" describes the outcome of the case.
The "Main Problem in the Case" describes the source of the case (Note that they internally admit by stating "Violation of law", that they have broken the law from time to time) ("OFF-PL" means that the source of the problem was the violation of "LRH policy". This is f. e.
typical for the "psych cases", because these persons shopuldn't have been accepted as "PCs" in the first place, according to "LRH policy".
Therefore they had been "*off*-HCO *PLs*).
The "result" is the Scientology characterization for the outcome of the case. Note how often they claim "Negative Gain", when they indeed had to pay several million Lire for some violations. But this is the usual internal justification to "get the individual stats up" and to cover up an actual loss, by saying "Oh, we could have been sentenced to 10.000.000 Million Lire, but because we have done our job well, they only sentenced us to pay 2.000.000 Lire, therefore it's a "negative gain".
