By some mystery that I can't understand now, the scientologist Laurent Q., originally from Lyon Org, now from CC Paris who had complained against me, has gotten one symbolic euro of damages before the courts in Villefranche sur Saône.

It was really a big bad surprise for me, because I had won the first time against him, but the guy complained (on order of the scam cult) again, and this time, I've been condemned.

This should normally open the door to some hundred suits from all the foreign crime cultists who are named in some tenths of rulings taken by the US or english or whatever.

I should therefore, according to this ruiling, unless I'm appealing? be condemned soon at least 100 times by the french courts because I've on my site various public rulings from various foreign courts, all of them being published in many many websites, myself being the only one sued and sent to jail, since I've no money to pay.

It is interesting to note also that I've been sentenced while the crime cultist Laurent Q. had never asked me even once, to erase anything about him on my site, and I've never said anything about him being sentenced to any penalty, neverthless, I'm sentenced apparently on that "merit"

(if any such "merit" could exist). I've also been condemned while the second complaint found my site void of any mention of this person. So, it's still more incomprehensible to me that I could get sentenced like that.

I should have to pay 1500 euros a day if any mentions of him was to be found on my site, but I'm unsure if it's exactly that (my attorney was not there, so, I don't have the ruling writtenly and the ruling has only be partially read for some seconds by the President of the court. I don't even know if the ruling is penal or is civil only. I'ev to check all this.

Therefore, anyone who can relay my site, please do. I can't keep it because I've no time to read all my 1700 files to be sure if any mention of any scientology criminal or accomoplices having been condemned or just cited nominally in any ruling is erased.
