I got yesterday a mail from a Jean-Pierre PONS, manager of a small software company named CML technologies.

This guy has been named as an ex-scieno, and as an associate of Michel and Aline Lollichon, both clams and WISE.

I had an article from a serious mag called "Entreprise et Carrières" dealing into companies and job search etc, written by jean-Pierre Lardeur some month ago (a journalist and writer having published a book "Cults in Enterprises").

* The Jean-Pierre PONS said that he was complaining for libel because of this posting.

I checked the posting, and, having no method of mine to check the article, I erased the part about him and replaced it by his mail and my reply saying that I'll check the facts.

He thanked me and said that if I wanted more details, to take contact, which I did. He did not give any details, showing probably that what was in the article was'nt pelasing him (basically, he whined about lost clients due to this article and a second one ferom Liberation, much more detailed, on Mathieu Cossu website).
But he has never complained against the first Liberation article, and it's 6 months too late to do so. He's therefore foreclosed about that one, and should be too froeclosed soon against the second one from Entreprises et Carrières, unless he takes steps, which he'd better not to try, because it's futile and nowhere in the original article was he or his company libelled.

Anyway, the whole story should be soon on lines again with more details about his handlings against me. I'm waiting for him to answer my offer to help him with this if he's no longer a scieno and is no longer assisted by scienos (explaining him that I was'nt taking scienos as honestly speaking or trustful people).

Besides, an attorney for scientology called Olivier Seguy , who had received from me a critic of the US report 2000 on religious freedom in France, wrote me yesterday to cease to send him anything like it.

I'm asking him why, as he's interested by CESNUR's mass mailings about "religious" (I mean sectarian-cultic) topics, so, US report critic could interest him. Most probably, he'll not answer, but we'll see.
