Back when Chuck Beatty was freely posting his recollections about the
Int RPF, he made a minor error which another old-timer would like to
correct. This person, who wishes to remain anonymous, has spent two
decades in the cult, and knows their stuff. (Chuck knows his stuff
too, but no one is perfect. We all make mistakes.) Here is the minor
correction that this old-timer wanted to make:
Additional data on the Int RPF: The Int Base RPF, the one at Happy Valley, did NOT cease to exist in the early 90's. There was a time in 90 or 91 when a lot of Int RPFers were reprieved and went into the Estates Org at Gold, but there always were still some RPFers left at the Happy Valley Ranch. Also Happy Valley was the place for the occassional Type III's and other people in trouble needing a quietish environment and outdoor physical work, etc., that the Happy Valley area provides.
How many more former Int staffers are getting ready to tell their stories? I'm sure RTC is asking that question.
No wonder Scientology hates the Internet.
