Hello everyone, You may recall that I was doing regular demonstrations against $cientology last year. You may even recall that a Restraining Order was attempted to be taken out against me by a local $cientologist mid-late last year but failed miserably because it was baseless bullshit and the court saw through it, being an attempt to stop the pickets.

Well having just 20 mins ago been served with another restraining order, I thought I would share the details with you, without naming anyone, as I'm not allowed to do that. One Ronbot is pretty much the same as all others though, so it won't be hard to understand.

In this one, based upon false allegations, an Interim Restraining Order *has* been granted and will remain in force until I go to court on Friday 20/10/00.

For a foolish little while, I actually believed that the recent legal threat upon Louise not 2 weeks ago, would mean they had forgotten me, but it seems they rather enjoy harassing people who have spoken out against their criminal racket despite the garunteed bad publicity.

In this order, the false allegations are described as follows:

"Said things like 'I'll get you' and 'you'll keep'. He has also come up behind me in the street and looked as if he was going to attack me.

Also walked up with a picket sign as if he was threatening me with it."

Now the fact is, the last picket I participated in was in Sydney over 8 months ago!!

The order includes a few more declarations but the overlooked fact is I haven't broken the law in any way, shape or form, and the ronbots are following their policy of "The law can be used very easily to harass..." which is not remotely ethical or legal.

When this oder gets rejected, as it has as much basis in reality as the other one did, I would like to hear advice as to how to stop this type of harassment from continuing. I have to take a day off work to go to court to defend something I havent done, and it upsets me.

IANAL either, but maybe you know something I don't.
