Please find the enclosed affidavit regarding my experience with the Church of Scientology, Flag Service Organization in Clearwater, Florida.

To date, I have written 6 letters over the last six weeks to the Church of Scientology, FSO and have written the Better Business Bureau, the Consumer Protection Agency of Florida’s Department of Agriculture and the Federal Trade Commission regarding their fraudulent practices and misrepresentation. I have not received a response as of yet.

My wife worked for this organization on staff and at the middle management level, as well as for a WISE organization over a period of 10 years and is willing to be called as a material witness regarding the fraudulent and deceptive practices of this group.
