Church of Scientology president Heber Jentzsch holds up a copy of a letter dated Feb. 3rd 1983 that was submitted to a Superior Court in an attempt to quiet claims that founder L. Ron Hubbard is dead. Hubbard has not been seen since he left the church 23 years ago, and his son, Ron Dewolf alleges that the church leader is dead, and has filed a claim in court asking to be made trustee of the Hubbard estate.
