Washington, D.C. 20530 I am a writer for the ARS Newsgroup. I am writing to you for information on the President of the Church of Scientology, Heber Jentzsch. Mr. Jentzsch is on trial in Spain along with 14 other Scientologists on an array of criminal charges. Reports out of Spain have stated that Mr. Jentzsch has not shown up for trial and that the U.S. Dept. of Justice has been unable to locate him. Mr Jentszch is reportedly free on $900,000 bond.

Would you please confirm for me the status of Mr. Jentzsch. Is he a fugitive?

Is it true that the Dept. of Justice has not been able to locate him?
