Terrible hoax is stretching it a bit (perhaps the phone number has been reassigned to an innocent party), but here is what I have found:

The address appears to be a residential, but I am not able to confirm that directly. Remember that the College, the Seminary, the Academy, the Chapel and the Ministries are all at 3104 N Holton St and all share the phone number 414-264-2455. And these folks give out doctorates. Besides our Heber, I wondered who else has gotten degrees from here.
