The cult of scientology uses 3 steps to ruin a person utterly.

Then some people, apparently with no decency, heart or respect in their bodies continue the ruin the victim as she is trying to recover..... by extending the lies and discrediting her further, by name, regardless her tears and pleas.

I want no part of that. I consider it cowardice beyond all comprehension.

This letter is to those hero's that maintain thier right to post degrading opinion as fact, as the victim is driven to utimate ruin.

This is the first in a series .... my last 9 posts to ars.

Step 1.

Find, manufacture, or create a totally bad and ruinous story about the person. Something totally discreditable that threatens the persons life and career. Make it a story the person can't disprove.

And be sure to have a few real or fake 'witnesses'.

Then post it with her full name to the internet as her heart goes to shreds for years. ...promise her you will stop, then repost the material.
Step 2.

Spead that story all around to the persons employers, clients, relatives and friends. And do it from not one, but several different sources... so it appears the story is being cross confirmed as true. (Thats a key step apparently). Now you see, you have put the person totally at effect in a ruinous situation with absolutely no viable defense.

To use the cults reverse processing term, you have ENFORCED A RUINOUS 'WRONG ITEM' ON THE PERSON and given them no vable recourse to escape the damage.

Step 3 The person is highly stressed by this, so you then have your lying pimps tell more lies..... hopefully right to their face in an attempt to enrage the person to suicidal levels. If the person does not commit suicide, their health often collapses under the stress over a period of time. this is planned and CS'd by the cult. see the Andre Tabayoyan Affidavit on www.xenu.com.

I wonder why supposed critics forward the cults agenda in this matter.

For those of you who think a simple rebuttal is workable, consider this. Say you are a newly appointed vice president in a large corporation, and the president and his associates are presented with several sources hinting that you are a peodophile and child molester (as has happened with many critics already)....

now understand this.

You spent your LIFE gaining respect and credibility in the corporation, and in the industry, and with your professional associates....

Now, do you think you can just stand up before the board and say "I am not a child molester"....and all will be fine?

Here is a clue. The damage is already done, ones denial only carrys water with a few, but raises terminal doubt in the rest. One is screwed. Even at the truck driver level one is screwed.

THATS WHY ITS CALLED LIBEL.... and prosecutable. ... because one *cannot just shine it on...or 'get over it'.
Forwarding such destructive remarks is simply an extension of the original agenda.... whether done out of ignorance or malice... the damage is the same. Yet we have critics on the NG putting such material up on thier web sites over the tearful protests of the only person who knows what really went on and in contradiction to her own story...what a heartless way to further destroy the victim.

I want no part of it.

One wonders *who would do something like that? Is it encourging more victims to come out or driving them underground.

I consider such behavior cowardice in the extreme... In these last 9 posts of mine to the NG I am going to make that very clear, and advise those reading this message that ONLY truth and decency prevail in the long run.
The ARSCC will not prevail against the cult if it disrespects the rights and wishes, humanity and feelings of the victims.

Character required in order to prevail at the ultimate levels.

You will not prevail if this goes uncorrected, any victory you think you have will be fleeting...

Such lack of grace and respect founds only ruin in the end. The cult is currently learning that lesson.

Those who practice similar heartlessness by ruthlessly trampling over the heart of the victims will learn it as well.... no one that far south has a prayer in life, let alone in a real battle as the short blows are struck... these don't have the balls, integrity or courage for such a real fight regardless the rhetoric or backstabbing they so proudly engage in.
Mark those words. Thats just how it is.
Do you think we should blame the victim for being weak? Truly few of us have seen a tiny fraction of what some have lived through, and been forced to endure.

I suggest one think twice before saying "Well the person should just handle it".....
A person that has been though **hell does not say that... only someone who has never been there says 'handle it". A man who has held the head of his dying friend on a battlefield does not say 'handle it"...

Nor does he say "its not your fight" when you try to help.
You see, whether the person dies of stress over time, or just jumps off a bridge is really academic... One owes both recogniton of the problem and his help.

Well at least some of us feel we owe that much.

The ARSCC? Phil, there is *no* ARSCC. You know that. There's no ARS central "anything". WDNE and all that jazz.

There are no "ranks" Phil. People that frequent ARS have no control over others. No critic is "in charge". No one can make anyone do anything one way or the other. All there is to ARS is the loosest imaginable association of critics each setting their own agenda and following their own rules of behavior. A lot of times things happen and are said that the vast majority do not agree with but no one has the power to do anything of any real consequence to prevent it from happening.

I think you are confused. You can't a group of unassociated people responsible for the actions of any particular individual. All you can do is make your case with the individual.

I appreciate your position in all of this but I think you are greatly in error with your approach. I'm also going to give you the same advice I gave Tory a while back before her situation settled down: If you are going to leave ARS, just leave. Don't make a production out of it. When people do that on usenet it is almost invariably a mistake.
