I was fortunate enough to attend the [JREF] meeting and meet Dan Garvin.

What I wanted to pass along...

Dan probably had the most memorable quote of the entire conference. While he was on a panel fielding questions from the audience, he was asked how he got free from Scientology.

Dan responded, "I started thinking, and just got carried away." (or something very close to that). That went over pretty well with the group of people at the meeting.
