I don't know, can one 'settle' a restraining order with an agreement.

Typical Scientology trash delivered, IMHO, by a Scientologist claiming to be a courier about 8pm tonite.

They'd like me to keep away from ALL churches of Scientology, not go near a person I don't go near, and not incite hatred of Scientologists or promote violence against Scientologists.

In return, mind you, they will present the agreement to the magistrate as a done deal, and promise no further actions against me for damages or offences committed by me.

Don't you love it?

I told him to take his papers back to whence they came, but he insisted on leaving them. Needless to say, instead of the fax they'd like to have (signed document) I sent a rejection fax.

Hearing is 9:30am Tuesday Morning.
