He moves in, He shoots, He Scores!!

Thursday I dropped in to the Sydney Cof$ branch, who was having FREE tours and IQ tests and stuff for the month of April. After all, why pass up an invitation like this?

I skipped the personality test, done it before, etc and went right on to the IQ test. Hell, it'd been years since I'd done one of these, and the Cof$ one needed some evaluation.

There are about 6-8 desks in the public area, all were empty except the one I sat at and some sucker backpacker who came in and got a good metering with the accompanying bullshit spiel.

There is a 20 seat video area in the room that was also empty. There were the occasional clams who passed through, trying to look busy. After all, it was a mere 2 hours after the famous 2pm Thurday Stats rollcall.

When you've only got 30 minutes to do an IQ test, picking up odd bits of conversation are hard - but when there is only one "public" getting the scam laid on, not too hard.

I also collected a stack of free flyers etc, and got a shot of the public area and L Ron's little hideaway.

And a bunch of external pics too. The place reeked of cigarette smoke - they will never learn, apparently.

After that, I walked down to the AO and took some outside shots there too. Some guy was outside having a puff saw me taking the pics.

So I slam-dunked an IQ score of 140 on their bullshit 80 question IQ test. One question included the word LOBOTOMY as one of the letter puzzles, another included AFFINITY in word-meanings, so there is no doubt that the Cof$ "NOVUS" IQ test is synthesized from a basic test.

I was there for about an hour all up.

I conducted myself flawlessly when on the premises and made no provocative or derogatory comments, and signed the guestbook as Steve Z.
