In Scientology you have promises of awareness and states of causation which scientology tries to invoke to exist with a false responsibility.
You cannot have true awareness without treu responsiblity or it is just spectatorship. To be aware that something is not right invokes a psychic need to address the situation. Hubbard supplied a false sense of responsibility to go with his false states of hightened awareness, folks think that by helping scientology grow they are helping to save the planet, when all this is, is an eloquent yet empty call to arms to fight a battle against demons that don't even exist.
Hubbard supplied a false sense of responsiblity...
Let's say you were given the opportunity to ask any question.
And you would get the true answer.
Would there be some questions you would not ask?
The test of intellect is knowing the question to ask.
A good test of courage - is do you have the guts to ask it?
Because once you know the answer to the question YOU wanted answered you will never be the same again.
Hubbard cleverly makes damn sure YOU never get answers to YOUR questions about YOU.
But for a price he will kindly sell you HIS QUESTIONS and HIS answers.
Scientologist after Scientologist - with hundreds and thousands of hours of "auditing" will show up at Alan Walter's outfit in Texas, Knowledgism, or at Mike Goldstein's operation, IDENICS, in Colorado - they come in, spend 2500 mebbie, and get handled what THEY wanted handled, lose interest in 'case' and GET ON WITH THEIR LIVES.
A dozen ex scientologists have been doing Monroe's stuff from Monroe Institute, and once you learn to roll-your-own-cognition-at-will for less than 25 cents an hour the idea of auditing becomes kindah funny... and it would be funny, if not for the heartbreak caused in the name of MAKE IT GO RIGHT so a pile of unethical scumbag lawyers can get rich keeping a sociopathic dwarf at the helm of the sinking SS Scientology.
On some early tape I remember hubbard lamenting how guys would walk away after seeming to get such shattering results and feel it was nothing - fact is it is supposed to be nothing in the end... you are supposed to LIVE LIFE - not end up in a financial treadmill built by l ron Hubbard.
Take yer next step on the bridge to real freedom.
It only looks like it is a high bridge cause hubbard told you it was long way down.
When you jump try not to stub your toes...
Arnie Lerma http://www.lermanet.com/exit/ I'd prefer to die speaking my mind than live fearing to speak.
The only thing that always works in scientology are its lawyers The internet is the liberty tree of the 90's http://www.lermanet.com - mentioned 4 January 2000 in The Washington Post's - 'Reliable Source' column re "Scientologist with no HEAD"
