Last night I was heading to west Phoenix and was followed for quite some time. A Honda, plate # 634FDR, kinda brown-pink (some strange color). He followed me for about 45 minutes until I lost him. This morning this same car was on my street and attempted to follow me again.

I would suggest confronting this car and then call the police on cell phone. I had a situation where guests from Germany were followed to my home by three cars. I called the police and we had a big scene. The police let me see the names on their report. they were from Talon Security, the names I got were Angel Casillas and Thierry Duchanauc.

Talon Security is out of California and is used by Scientology to follow SPs.
