Just a quick note in between classes.

I just got back from the James Randi Educational Foundation's Amaz!ing Meeting, and that is truly the correct adjective to describe it.

I spoke for half an hour on Scientology and the Sea Org, and later answered questions in a panel discussion.

In between, whenever there were breaks between talks, attendees were asking me questions almost nonstop. Scientology is truly a hot (and disturbing) topic among people who use their heads, and most of them did not know much about it.

I don't see anything posted yet, but I would recommend keeping an eye on the JREF web site, www.randi.org, over the next few days at least.

Or, do as I do and make it the first page that comes up when you start up your browser, meeting or no meeting -- because one of the most effective things you can do to combat mind abuse is to support efforts to educate minds before they get themselves into a position to become abused.
