The original by Bruce vanished from a.r.s. I mentioned I was looking
for it on IRC and Lronscam found it an xpost I had made on other
groups which quoted all of this fine story. :-)

Excellent! You achieved complete tactical surprise! They have spent
serious money trying to keep track of me, and you folks come right out
of left field.

I am fairly sure that the wire is connected to motion sensors rather
than high voltage. The point, of course, is to prevent people getting
out rather than getting in. In fact, the stubs of re-bar are fairly
likely to result in serious or even lethal injury to someone trying to
get over the fence from inside.

So it seems.

Another effect of surprise I guess.

Did anyone go through the gates while you were there? They turned
away one car full of people while I was picketing.

I am *so* glad that you Kathy and Justin did Hemet. I have had a
number of people who have doubted that the scientologists would act so
crazy, but you brought them to a level which exceeded what happened
when I went there.
We should start offering bus tours.
