This address is a registered address given by her. I have not as yet confirmed it by personal inspection but will do so in the near future.

both as a participant and an operator. Her husband has been involved with the last three, again as a participant and operator.

(Kaeli), on IRC, has used the names "Jadzia" and "Kaeli".

Her husband, (Zeratul^Cat), has used the names "Tom^Cat", "Tanya^Cat"

and "Horny1".

Both (Kaeli) and (Zeratul^Cat) were on the 1998-1999 Board of Directors for the "Ottawa South Reform Association". (Kaeli) appears as the Secretary and (Zeratul^Cat) as the Database Manager.

Reform is the name of a Federal political party in Canada.

Zeratu^Cat, it appears, worked at Intranet Technologies Ltd.

in Ottawa. His email address used to be (deleted, email address). He seems to have trained in the operation of Unix systems and I believe that his forte is IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems.

(Kaeli) seems to have briefly worked at Magma Communi- cations Ltd. in Ottawa beginning in July of 1999. I suspect that her stay there was short-lived. She had an IRC friend named (deleted to protect her privacy) who, at the time, was a Supervisor in the Residential Tech-nical Support Department.

Part of Intranet Technologies was purchased by Magma Communica- tions Ltd. in August of 1998 so Zeratu^Cat may have worked there (Magma) as well. (incorrect. Zeratul has never worked at Magma. I did, but before school started. That is known as a summer job, something most students do. Magma Communications and I have good relations with each other as I still do business with them. I've mentioned on this group I had trained for another career, but decided to switch to computers. This would required a full time stint at a technical school) I have not, as yet, determined the current places of business of either (Kaeli) or (Zeratul^Cat) but will forward you the data just as soon as I obtain such. Additionally, there are other areas of research that I will be pursuing in regards to the (deleted) and I will also forward these findings to you.

Sincerely, Peter Ramsay I have informed Magma Communications, speaking to a former co-worker of mine. We were discussing the breach of information on both me and the other person, who has since moved to the other side of the country. They are very understandably concerned. I am still doing business with Magma, and we have good relations with each other.

I have emailed the abuse department at the @home network. I am also a customer with the @home network. I've included Velcro Kitty's post as well.

In speaking with the Toronto Police, breach of privacy over the Internet is highly illegal. Using it to libel others is a criminal violation. It is suggested that both Peter Ramsay and Velcro Kitty cease and desist immediately.

The police officer did not seem surprised by the actions of the CoS members. His words were "they do anything legal or illegal."

Kaeli, I suggest you consult with a lawyer. Under new anti-stalking laws, the posting of personal information on the Internet is a crime.

The clear intent of such messages is to provoke action against the person. The law came about because prior incidents have resulted in violence.

Sinister intent can be assumed because the message contains a promise of further action (locating your places of work). The claim that his investigation is warranted by your supposed trademark violation will not protect him. The crime is making your information public. You had a reasonable expectation of privacy which he violated.

Since this fool wasn't smart enough to conceal his identity, you should be able to smack him good. It was also kind of him to implicate scientology, destroying their "deniability."

At the very least, please save all of the letters, phone messages and e- mail you receive as a result of being targeted. They just rose in stature from annoyance to evidence.
