Pardon the topic repost, but multiple congratulations are due for Steve Hassan and Rabbi Mentz of KFI-640 AM for getting the truth out about $cientology via 50,000 watts of AM power. I only caught the last two segments, but in that short amount of time, Hassan managed to articulate a full-on expose -- explaining the cult as a totalitarian, criminal mind control outfit. Well, well done indeed...

The one $cientologist I heard call in condescended to the Rabbi, telling him that he didn't understand Hubbard's book. The Rabbi went absolutely fucking ape-shit on the guy, demanding, "You're trying tell a guy who has spent 35 years studying the Talmud and translating Kabbalah and mysticism about religion??? Get out of here!!!" He kacked the Rondroid and wrapped up the show right after Hassan suggested an on-air debate between ranking $cientologists and ex-Scienos. The Rabbi wisely mentioned that it would probably never happen because of the cowardice of cult bigwigs, but, as we know, stranger things have happened. I for one would welcome an opportunity to participate in such a debate.
