Well, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Partly I did it as a joke, partly to raise consciousness. CofS has much more in common with other organised crime than with organised religions. American organised crime businesses are the direct product of prohibition which shifted from alcohol to other substances, and to some extent also of gambling and prostitution.

It's there to make money by carrying on the trade. It will use force, from bribed judges and politicians to outright murder, to keep the trade going against critical investigation and mainly to keep monopoly control against rival "squirrel" operations in its own area. (At other times the "money tree" has been payroll heists or protection rackets).

CofS is merely a grungy down-market version of drug-dealing or pimping, which is driven by fraudulent selling of bogus services,and drowns dogs rather than shoots informers.
