I think we should introduce "lisaclause" into the vernacular.
It would go a long way to warn people
lisaclause <lee-sa-clos> N: A quasi-legal clause inserted into a contract by an individual or organization which states the contractee gives up normal human, civil or basic rights. "I almost went for the multi-level marketing gig, but when I read the LISACLAUSE in the contract, I ran for the door." V: (1) To protect an individual or organization with this activity. To "lisaclause" an activity. is to attempt to protect yourself from the marks you are trying to fleece. (2) To use or attempt to use such a clause in a contract to evade the consequences of criminal activity. "They couldn't get a conviction on me because I had LISACLAUSED the victims.">From the quasi-legal clauses inserted in "parishioner agreements" by the so-called church of scientology to legitimize it's "isolation watch" and "introspection rundown" in the legal aftermath of using these procedures on Lisa McPherson, who died in their care.
"The representatives of the United States, in Congress assembled, hereby rule and declare that any lisaclause found in any contract is prima facia evidence of intent to defraud."
