Therefore, I'd bet this:

Raoul Lopez, this man who was heavily handicapped after an accident, who had been entirely ruined by the criminal scam of scientology, has probably been able to have some or all of his money stolen back.

But meanwhile, the criminal scam has worked with his money, has ridiculized him publicly, and has added some enemies to destroy, kill and ruin to its already considerable list of "enemies", these "enemies" being the few people who helped this guy to sort out the thieves scam.
