The cult is stalling so it can have time to find blackmailable material on as many of the court officials as possible.

If they fail in that, and stay true to past practices and LRH policy, they will lie in an attempt to frame the court officials with a crime of some sort.

In the past they have used sexual temptations, faked auto accidents, involved officials in shady realestate deals.... they will go after the witnesses and attorney the same way.

If necessary the will stalk these peoples children, break into peoples homes, and make threats by anon phone calls.

All that takes time man, quit rushing them.
