In 1982 I was at Flag Land Base and on the New OT6/7 course.

At one point I was referred to a special pack of unusual HCOBs that were not part of the course (and therefore not part of any confidentiality agreement I had).

After I read the HCOB I had been referred to, I looked at the other contents of the pack as I was very curious about those off-checksheet/off curriculum HCOBs. There were quite a few of them.

One of them, mentioned in my court litigation complaint, was called "SECRET. THE BY-PASSED CASE". I want to clear up what I meant by that to avoid MUs in anyone who read my complaint, and to comment on it. Also, I want to respond to the issue of Bts and clusters that I have seen so often on ars and the web sites about Scientology.

My memory and experience of this HCOB (which I can not quote verbatim as I have no copy) was that LRH stated that it was possible for a pc to go all the way up the Bridge WITHOUT EVER GETTING ANY AUDITING. The auditing would, in this circumstance, all be used by BTs and clusters, UNKNOWN TO THE PC, AND THE PAYING PC WOULD GET NO BENEFIT FROM THE AUDITING.

LRH kept this a SECRET from those who would have been affected by it.

He allowed the orgs concerned to accept the pc's and pre-Ots" money and let them think they were getting auditing when they were not! The pc/pre-OTs pay, pay, pay but the space aliens get the auditing! The poor dupe is left empty-handed!

He was acknowledging his own scam on some Scientologists and withholding the information. I know of no course that this HCOB is on that I ever studied.

Did anyone else ever read it?

Of course no solution for the pc/pre-OT was offered in the HCOB....

Just a statement of the real possibility that a person could pay for the whole Bridge and receive none of the auditing themselves.

Anyone obtaining document discovery in any Scn lawsuit who may have been subjected to this non-delivery after full payment should request this (abo ve) HCOB in discovery to put it into the public record so that no further fraud of this nature may be so easy to perpetrate.

Does anyone reading this feel they may have been subjected to this kind of fraud?

Not BT's and Clusters minus the 'pre-ot' solo-auditor. With that whole new bridge of 'levels' for the 'real' (pre-ot) self , it would have created a whole new 'levels' avenue of money siphoning to finally getting auditing for YOURSELF on your OWN bridge, where OT solo-auditors were thinking thats what they were doing all along on their former 'Bridge' auditing!!!!!!!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess he felt the cash flow 'stats' coming into Flag were sufficient enough where he didn't need to release this as 'Standard' OT tech 'data'.

Maybe he was smart enough to realize that if he had released this HCOB, the red flag might finally have come out as to what he was really doing and why;; Bilking accounts dry in the name of fiction OT levels for sale..

I'll bet he would have loved to release this as OT standard tech if he thought he could get away with it for 'new' rundowns released to handle the 'new' problem. With hapless Flag 'OT's' shelling out more Millions for new bridge 'levels' which they originally thought were for THEMSELVES, but coming to find from 'Ron', that it was for BT's and Clusters ONLY! NOT THEM!!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

I can't stop laughing at that possibility. I wouldn't have put it past him if he thought he could have gotten away with it.. He was in it for the Bucks and he didn't take prisoners. In the name of 'Standard' tech. And as 'Mans best friend'.................
