I kid you not the "Ever present pudgy pusillanimous pedantic protest prodder called the HCO Exec. Remember, HCO Bring Order!!" (pssst, hint - your post will protect you) had the three police squad units telling me that I couldn't speak while picketing, none whatsoever. I asked closely about this and in my best faux obsequious propitiative supplication of the officers I got them to restate the restriction and it came out the same, "You are not allowed to talk to anyone while picketing!" Needless to say I had to pinch myself and really think for a second . . . I hadn't been drinking, I don't recall any feelings of being lost on my travels to Buffalo, NY (USA), the sky is still up (not down as I am 'up there' spacing out), I think that is my car over there, I don't think I have a brain tumor, and then it hit me;

Dummy you posted to the internet the day before that you were going to picket. They had called the police before I got there and set the whole thing up. You know it is a funny thing the laws of this country. Lets take loitering laws and "public disturbance laws" - If I stop on the street to talk to a friend I am breaking the law. If I call across the street to a friend I am breaking the law. If I do anything that the complainer says disturbs them or makes them feel uncomfortable it is breaking the law. If I dressed in a Xenu costume and wore a pink tutu and someone took offence to it I am breaking the law.

If I stop to read a sign in the window I am breaking the law if someone inside accuses me of staring at them through the window.

If you don't think for a minute that the nearly $10 billion war chest of the bOrg is going to waste think again. If you look over the past several years the bOrg have been there to protect the business interest copyright laws by changing them so their copyrights never expire. They have been very busy securing the U. S. State Department's support at the drop of a hat. They have been securing the protection of their spoils for some time through fairly well developed contacts and very lucrative inside financial deals.

I think that soon they will attempt to secure federal marshals to protect the streets near and around any bOrg implant station from protesters. That might be somewhat hyperbolic but they will have a well rehearsed script to follow to trip and prod protesters and they will clone Miss "Ever present pudgy pusillanimous pedantic protest prodder called the HCO Exec.

Remember, HCO Bring Order!!" while sharpening her skills to ferret out and create problems for the protesters. Remember the rule in Hubbard's drek says, "Find their crimes and get them put in jail for them." That would include finding all of the ordinances that can be manipulated to motivate local police to do their bidding by calling an innocent act an ordinance violation.

If they willy-nilly got the support of the law to break-in to protester's homes under the tenuous assertion of potential copyright violations do you think it is beyond reason to think that they will not do the same for picket protesters regards forced incarceration for those that they can provoke to cross the line. I tried to carefully document the 'tech' that was being used but I failed to add the following:

I spoke of the "Ever present pudgy pusillanimous pedantic protest prodder called the HCO Exec. Remember, HCO Bring Order!!" lady and her camera in my post. Soon on abs you will see picture 38 that shows her true colors as she prepares to aim her camera, unaware of my son across the street taking her picture. You will see the unmistakable vitriolic expression.

I had to think of a quick misdirect. I told her that she didn't have my permission to take my minor child's picture. I cautioned her that that would be unacceptable to me as their guardian. She took the bait. She continuously tried to bull bait me on that very point. I need to have as many of those redirects as possible when I picket, from now on, so that an emotional assault to my natural protective human instincts doesn't render my sensibilities useless. I have watched them take Bob Minton apart over a period of months. They absolutely hate it when he uses his over the top, casual, matter of fact humorous mannerisms because that keeps them finding the buttons (or getting feedback on the delivery of buttons) that they will repeatedly and viciously press as a predator would to wear down the prey.

The attacks from the bOrg will be subtle and swift. They will attempt to secure their domination over their prey at all costs. They must protect their shill and mark from the truth about Hubbard and his Drek.

If you doubt this (not necessarily you but those that read this) just go picketing. I had doubted the viciousness of the bOrg as a result of my pickets in Buffalo a year ago, my protest in Toronto, and my marathon of pickets in Hawaii. But let me say that in Buffalo there was only one very nice new person holding down the fort the day of my Lisa picket the year before last (15 mos ago). In Toronto, I sensed the tensions, but because the very professional local protestors had carefully secured my safety I never actually contacted "The Vicious HCO Bring Order!!" types. In Hawaii they have never had to deal with it and so they hadn't had the time to train their attack dog yet. I had been lucky!

I have read the other reports of systematic and dogmatic erosion of the rights of the protesters in other parts of the country and was only prepared for 'bull' if you know what I mean because I mistakenly assumed that somehow those bad things happened because of something that was 'done to provoke' the attacks against the protesters. I will confess that I was a fool for not dropping by the precinct station and checking in with the watch commander. I was a fool for not doing a number of other things to assure my safety. I will not make those mistakes when I picket the Buffalo bOrg again.

Picketing can be effectively done if done with a few rules in mind. It is always best to read the reports and take note of the precautions others have offered and apply the lessons learned when needed.

Think about it. The police were called at least 4 times for a peaceful protester walking about out front of the building. I paused for a picture, she came out to take a picture of me pausing ( I violated the law by stopping for a moment ). I responded to her query of me and according to her I violated the law by talking. I spoke to passersby and by that nature I violated the law by giving them uninvited or unwanted conversation. By all technical rules the police would have been forced to follow the law and cite me for infractions of ordinances if I didn't agree to cooperate instantly and fully with their wishes.

I did get a big silent belly laugh when I added the tiny suggestion of, "What about my picket chants?" and got the, "Well of course you can have picket chants!", "But you must remember you can not talk while you are out picketing and chanting" Go figure! ;-))) I hope that anyone that has a basic interest in the basic freedoms that we so much enjoy in this country that they might find the time to come out and picket or write letters to stem this tide that is eroding our freedoms that so many have died defending.

I didn't add in my post a tid bit about all the high signs from the passersby in cars and busses. I can tell you that when someone struggles to make sure I see them give the thumbs up they know what is at stake here and they are showing their support. I can tell you that it was very cold and my hands were completely numb but my heart was very warmed by the obvious enthusiasm shown by so many for what I was doing. There was no way I was going to let three squad cars with six officers and a "Ever present pudgy pusillanimous pedantic protest prodder called the HCO Exec. Remember, HCO Bring Order!! (pssst, hint - your post will protect you)" ruin the event for me and my assistants.
