FAIR GAME DIRTY TRICKS USING TAX-EXEMPT DOLLARS. IS THIS "CHARITABLE ACTIVITY?!"

After I applied to the Immigration and Naturalization Administration for permanent residency of the USA I was approved for a "green card" residency but then the process stopped without explanation.

During an interview with the INS last December I asked the official if there were any documents in my INS file that were not placed there by myself or my attorney.

Very obligingly he showed us the file, and.... sure enough.... there were documents inserted in there from Moxon and Kobrin' attorney-out-law offices (not sure if I got that title right??). The documents were the false spin on my character vomited out by the weasels of fair game under cult domination. parts of lawsuits out of context designed to denigrate my character. It reminded me strongly of the infiltration of the US government involving Moxon as an unindicted co-conspirator in the 70's...... more government files infiltrated, but this was in 1998- 99!

One was from the lawsuit from the staff member who sued me as a reprisal for me suing the cult Mgt. All false spin.

Can anyone tell me if Moxon was involved in the fraud on the INS in 1975 when Ron and Flag personnel came into the USA apparently under false pretenses? I would be interestd in info on that.

The other document was from a person in Florida, criticising me and slandering my character for false actions he himself took! After some recent investigation we find that this person was paid, apparently, $2,000 to cheat the INS by being paid for marrying a Mexican woman called Anna who needed a husband to avoid getting deported. So this guy whose documents are supposed to stop me getting my INS green card is therefore probably guilty of INS fraud himself.

So this was why my green card was stalled. My attorney, Mr Platt, then sued the INS to force them to process my approved application. In the end after much wrangling in the courts we won the action under a settlement in my favor. It was amazing to see that the Judge, my attorney, I, AND the US attorneys all wanted me to get the green card processsed. And so it was. I now have US permanent residency despite the fair game psychosis of the goons of the criminal cult of $cientology.

Now that they tried this dirty trick on me they now have me to contend with again. Another footbullet for the cult.

"Fair game leads to footbullets" should be an OSA axiom, but as LRH never learned that then so neither will they until they have no legs left to stand on, and probably not even then!
