If you pop in "Scientology," you will get a site http://www.drugfreelife.net that, among other things, issues spurious trade libels against the Novartis product Ritalin.
So apparently you can, indeed, advocate against individuals, groups, or organizations--so long as you're Scientology, Google's chosen people.
