The criminal attorney Moxon has complained that I had injured him (by words on Internet), in two messages from july 2001.

He complained as well that I would have incitated someone (helena kobrin, his dear Heleonin Kobra) to assassinate him, while it is most than clear that the whole message is clearly a joke on ARS, and sure, if I had had any idea to really ask for the death of this criminal attorney, whose law studies have been paid by scientology, I would'nt in any case ask to his associate and one of his best friends Kobrin.

If I was to kill anyone as well, I would'nt certainly ask it publicly.

After at least one hour of various discussions about the form and on possibilities to see if ARS messages were constitutive of such misdemeanor, the Judges decided that the decision would be given later, on 24th february.

Both attorneys have been good. I've been allowed to give some explanations about my "job" on ars, and about the fact that attorney Moxon was'nt a normal attorney, but an inside house attoreny, as well as the #3 of legal into the scam tchurdch. My observations:

the accomplice of the criminal cult, Jean-Louis Gagnot, dares to call the messages as "threats", and dares to say that I'm 'allowed to criticize the cult'. But 'ill resume the story:

sept/nov: I keep on working FOR the scam.

nov 82: the FOLO mission comes with a french attorney; they lie like mads about my wife and me and get a false and illegal declaration "expelling us from the association"; since we were STILL scienos despite this, we went to Kopenhagen to "handle"
