I received this e-mail on Tuesday from Rex concerning my "refund":

"Sean, Why don't we meet at your attorney's office or you and your attorney can come to my office. There is no need to drag this out. Looking forward to your response.

Here is my response:

"Rex:

I've had enough of this. The fact that you will not mail me the documents beforehand shows that your party cannot be trusted.

Here's the deal:

I have decided that I will not sign anything. You don't need any kind of an "agreement" from me to simply return advance payments.

You can send me the checks in the mail. My signature on the check is enough to show receipt. (Please note that I will not accept checks with any kind of "signature contingency" on them.)

If not, I'll just continue in my current course of action. I don't really need the money anyway. It's your choice.
