The guy writes about the "Answers to Drugs" Scio hand book

Answers to drugs will solve all your addiction problems. Provided your problems can be solved by looking at stuff.

This booklet is single greatest literary work known to man! It is the last thing you will ever need to read, if you can. Apparently, all you need to get a person off drugs is to show them that the world around them is real. To do this you have to get them to look at stuff, and sometimes touch stuff. I would like to say there is more to it, but there isn't.

Obviously - this is the work of a genius. Some kind of giant headed super genius, perhaps.

I don't even nearly get the concept behind this, and I don't have any friends to ask, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and start investigating. I conducted an exhaustive month-long tour of the city, looking for drug addicts and getting them to touch stuff. The results of this process may surprise you.

38% of all drug addicts refused to touch anything, no matter how much I yelled at them.

66% asked me for some change for a sandwich

18% told me to "bag-a-kagg, mate" - whatever that means

12% mumbled incoherently, in a foreign language

0.03% stabbed me in the hand with their needle

And finally 100% of all drug addicts interviewed, didn't know who L. Ron Hubbard was.

*note; one guy said he was L. Ron Hubbard, but then I asked who his Thetan works for, and he said "Ford" so I'm not counting him.
