I have oft said: "Believe what you will."

I am on public record opposing *only* the too often illegal and unethical Management Practices of the Co$. If Scientologists want to believe in Xenu the Galactic Overlord being the Ultimate Reason they have to spend large sums to rid themselves of 'stuck space aliens', I have no problem with that.

However, I do believe since Scientology openly recruits and sells its wares it is morally and legally bound to be completely open and forthright about its complete content from the moment of initial contact with a citizen.

My opposition of Scientology has *never* been based on the merits of Faith, but on the conduct committed by its members to further the aims of the temporal trappings and tenets which they have been convinced to give faith to. It matters not if I and others understand the Founder of Scientology was a deceptive drunk and master manipulator who himself used the business of Scientology as a means of raising a personal fortune by preying on others who *could* give faith.

I and many others, including the majority of former investors, understand Scientology is the BRIEX of Religions. Some investors in Scientology actually *have* jumped out of windows when they had to face the enormity of the deception they had been victimised by. Fortunately, IIRC only one death is associated with the exposure of BRIEX as a fraud. However everyone suckered by that scam realised it at about the sametime.

They were not alone and overwhelmed.

I wish I could say the same of the CO$. How many have suicided, overwhelmed emotionally and psychologically by the Co$ cruel & cynical practises of manipulation and deception?

I once told Toronto Org DSA Al Buttnor: "Your Faith believes in Space Aliens. My Faith believes you have the right to believe that, but not to hide what you believe."

IMHO Scientology sales and recruitment methods deliberately preclude informed consent and therefore are immorally entrapping well meaning people in economic, emotional and psychological bondage.

I oppose that cruel deception, not the Faith given by the victims of that entrapment.

When we Demo at the Orgs we know who the first victims are: the Scientologist themselves. Its much easier to ultimately forgive them their moral bankruptcy that way. They can recover. The ex-members who picket with us are proof of that.

My Faith does not yet proselytise. Our texts are not yet complete in modern English. When the texts are complete then we will begin to spread our version of Faith. The only promotion we currently do is to sell small things we make, hold garage sales etc (no bingo) in order to raise funds to support our fledgling Ministry.

I have *never* used my activities opposing the Co$ to further or promote my own Faith.

Now I am *forced* to do so.

The Repugnant Mr. Ramsay finally worked up the courage to send to me one of his venomous epistles. It seems he wanted to 'crow'.

The Repugnant Mr. Ramsay has made a callous and cruel move to utterly destroy the temporal trappings of my Faith: the Temple of At'L'An.

Legally"Temple of At'L'An" is a registered business name by my wife and I, since Dec of 1994. The name "Temple of At'L'An" and its motto "Integrity, Honesty, Compassion and Charity" are *my* 'original creative 'inventions' under copyright.

Mr. Ramsay has incorporated an Ontario # company and stolen my 'business' name and motto.

Legally he can attempt to preclude my use of "Temple of At'L'An" if I let matters stand.

Our signage, cheques, invoices, business cards, vehicle markings, Internet Domains, brochures, even our Scriptures of At 'L' An (once completed in modern English) would be denied to us, if we did nothing to resist.

The Repugnant Mr. Ramsay is also seeking to Trademark "Temple of At'L'An". If successful this would be the 'lock' on the door and ruination of my Temple.

However I have determined to engage a Trademark and Copyright Attorney. I have been assured my extensive continous prior use and 'original creation' of the word "At'L'An" will result in Ramsay/Scientology losing in a Trademark Dispute. I could then preclude his abuse of our good name.

Ramsays actions are apparently malicious, self admittedly theft and apparently an attempt to demean, defame and bring into disrepute the business name "Temple of At'L'An" . Therefore Mr.

Ramsay has left himself and anyone working in concert with him, open to a number of legal actions, including, I believe, Restraint of Trade and Copyright Infringement.

In his latest spew of venom Mr. Ramsay even admits "You will also see that I have appropriated [your] motto 'Integrity, Honesty, Compassion and Charity' for my Corporations use"....

"I may run the risk of being accused of usurping these- [the business name and motto of]... .....*your* "Temple of At'L'An"

He stated intent is to use "Temple of At'L'An" as a platform from which to attack me and others he deems to be "hatemongers". He is so pleased with the apparent irony of the situation that he fails to percieve his actions are criminal.

Mr. Ramsay then goes on a ten page rant justifying to himself his self degrading actions by claiming I have not lived up to my 'motto'. He spends a lot of time whining about a lot of the harmless 'Factual Red Herrings' I have planted on ARS about myself, my activities and my history. Harmless tid bits unless you are the OSA and spend lots of time and resources chasing them down to try and use them against me only to discover you have been neatly tricked. I guess Ramsay/Scientology is miffed about that. The rest of his ramblings contain the standard repeated miscontructions, lies, innuendo, insults and defamations.

I would advise Mr. Ramsay to re-read his words as they apply to himself:

"Where is your Integrity? It seems to have gone missing. I think a more fitting motto for you would be: Duplicity, Dishonesty, Hatred & Greed"

And, "How horrible it is that you have become that very thing that you know to be evil and how even more horrible that you know falsely accuse others of those very acts which brought you to your low state."

And, "One might feel a little pity for you were some of your acts not so contemptible."

Mr. Ramsay: ...."it's time for you to take a long hard look in the mirror."

Wake-up Peter Ramsay. You are being used as a sacrificial pawn.

I am supposed to expend my resources on fighting you and not the Co$.

Instead I will be *expanding* my activities which will include letting the legal system deal with you.

Legal and Accounting 101: You are a tax deduction.

[Apparently Al Buttnor has been yanked out of the Toronto Org in disgrace and sent to FLAG. There he is now reduced to a lowly OSA street walker and 'peeping Huborg', in opposition to the LMT. He is also only moments away from the RPF should he continue to perform as badly in the 'handling' of LMT as he did in 'handling' us. He has my genuine sympathies.]
