But, inexplicable when the news turned away from Newman's pre-conceived
notions, he quit maintaining the web site, and left, untrue,
mis-information in place on the site.
1) Newman suggests that (-AB-) is an unknown. He is not. His name is Thomas Gerard Rummelhart, YOB 1960, BSEE '83 University of Iowa, MS Caltech. Radio officer for the Freewinds, then Director of Computerization at INCOMM in Los Angeles, before heading for So. New Hampshire, and Northern Mass.
2) Newman lets stand slanderous accusations--given anonymously by Rummelhart (before he was found-out)--on his web site; against me.
3) Newman may know, or may have met, Rummelhart.
4) Why did Newman so passionately defend the anonymous "Vega"?
It is entirely plausible that through his introduction to this controversy, Ron Newman has had his own agenda to *control* the news of the chain of events since 1994 through to unvieling of Rummelhart--essentially when Newman's web site went dark.

All of this is accurate, including the last statement.
The real problem is that all of the court cases became so complex and lengthy that I no longer had the time or energy to keep track of them.
Once I lost sight of current events, it was very difficult to ever get back on track.
I do not intend to ever again actively maintain my "CoS vs the Net"
site, but I actually would like to put a proper ending on the pages regarding each court case, saying how each one ended. I'd appreciate ANY help from ANY critic in helping to edit my pages to do this, so I can include links to "final status" documents for each case.
I *think* this is the current status of each case, but I'm not 100% positive, and would like feedback:
Dennis Erlich -- settled out of court, terms undisclosed (Netcom also settled its part out of court.)
(What finally happened to suit against Tom Klemesrud?) Arnie Lerma - lost, paid small fine to Co$, plus some court costs (Washington Post won their part of this case) FACTnet, Penny, Wollersheim - settled out of court? Were terms disclosed?
Did all parties settle at the same time?
Grady Ward - settled out of court, must pay Co$ a monthly fine forever Keith Henson - lost, must pay large fine to Co$. Have all appeals now been exhausted?
Karin Spaink - won the "short procedure", but what's happening with the "long" lawsuit? Is any appeal still pending in the "short" lawsuit?
