Talon has been associated with the crime cult for years. They were the thugs sent to Cal Tech in order to try to root out the mysterious "-AB-" whose posting of OSA material on Tom Klemesrud led to the police raids on anon.penet.fi by Finnish police, as related by Finnish police officer Kaj Malmberg. (-AB- is alleged by Tom Klemesrud to have been Thomas Gerard Rummelhart.)

OSA agent Ben Shaw was involved in that extortion scheme.

In fact OSA agents have often claimed to be working for Talon, although no OSA criminals are actually listed. Since they did this for years, there's no reason to think Talon had any objection to this; they certainly had years to stop it.

Another Scientology-related individual connected to Talon is Ken Rice, who has provided armed security for the crime cult. Other Talon personnel involved with the crime cult are David James Tubbs, Angel Adrian Casillas Jr. (a criminal who was arrested for harassing Hana and Jerry Whitfield), William Thierry Duchaunac (who was involved in brazen daylight theft from the Swedish parliament), Jeff Martin, Liz Russell, an individual alleged to be named "Frank Petty," and others I do not recall.

Talon provided security for Warren McShane's deposition in Eureka, California, by, I believe, Grady Ward.

Talon is effectively a branch of OSA. When they have worked for the crime cult in the past, their contact was Alan Cartright of OSA, presumably paying for these whore thugs from the IAS war chest coffers under direct orders from the criminally insane dwarf David Miscavige.
