Looks like it to me. They've lost their greatest tool of personal
intimidation, at least in Clearwater. Now there is nothing to stop
further pickets. I think the injunction will also attract further
picketers who might have been scared away by the bull-baiting and
violence. The more the merrier.
Maybe the fools serving copies to picketers didn't realize what this would to to the balance of power in Clearwater. Now that they can't get in picketers faces they have lost their power to intimidate. All they can do now is hide or point cameras at picketers. They have lost their ability to do _anything_ about the pickets. The cult is helpless.
$cientology isn't doing well in Clearwater. They are embarassed by the unfinished Super Power building and have to beg for money and skilled workers to get anything more done on it. The locals hate them and have to put up with the loss of tax revenue.
I don't blame the folks at flag for getting paranoid in their little fortress hotel. Or the PR people posting here for trying to denounce the organization they can no longer intimidate. They must be very frightened of the picketers they can't shudder into silence any longer.
