Re: Case # 98-CR-067
Dear Judge Boteler:
I was recently advised that on June 3rd, you told my Attorney Mike Ruschell, that he could not represent me. I asked Mr. Ruschell what was the basis and reasoning for this judgement of yours in terms of logic and application of law? He had no answers and couldn't even speculate. Therefore, I felt no other option than to write you directly to inquire "why you won't let my lawyer to represent me?"
As you are aware, the alternative mental health sect Scientology, is covertly and overtly backing these endless criminal allegations in this case, and are fully vested in the civil case of Laura Vannoy that you have been presiding over for 10 years now. See www.madvillelaw.net for details. I don't feel it's right to be forced to represent myself, nor do I want to deal directly with Prosecutor Massmore as he has demonstrated repeatedly that his motives and actions in this case have been extremely disingenuous given the secular litigious nature of his only complaining witness, which also happens to be his neighbor.
Mr. Ruschell is a capable person as well as a conscionable public defender. He's most willing to bring this case to a swift conclusion on my behalf. Therefore, I am puzzled why you are refusing to allow him to do such.
Since I am not an attorney, and whereby you may feel more comfortable dealing directly with members of the Bar, please feel free to respond to Atty John F. Padgett, so that we can have a concise reply from the Court as to why you are not letting my lawyer represent me? I am certain you will understand the urgent need for clarification in this instance.
Respectfully,
