RIP noticed the blue paint on his garage door at
2200 hrs. this date. The door was painted with the word "STOP" and the
letters "S" and "P" were underlined. RIP states this is the work of a
religious cult that he was in a civil lawsuit with
(one of it's members.) RIP states that he has a can cap of the color
paint with a Bill of Sale that was found in his neighbors lawn.

The Bill shows a receipt for an Aco. (hardware
store) in Royal Oak, Mi. RIP states the church is based in Royal Oak.
