I resent your comments about my intentions and you should make note of
that. I require the original because it is very easy to fake the argued
image in a fax to me. The photograph can be overlayed on the document
and then faxed which would enforce your claim falsely. Also the quality
of a fax image would not allow me to make a judgement in any case.

You would be required to prove this which, of course, you would not be
able to do.

I explained my reasons to you initially and do the same now with further
clarification. I would point out that another dishonest lawyer employed
by your law firm - one Helena Kobrin - claimed to my then ISP Force9,
that her client owned the copyright to the Xemu leaflet I had written
and webbed there. This was a lie. You should not expect me to believe
anything you claim without the proper proof I reasonably requested from
you.

Bearing in mind all that you have written (if it indeed be from you and
from your office considering the weak and childish legal logic employed)
then you can respectfully GO FUCK YOURSELF.
Yours, Roland Rashleigh-Berry
