Scientology's doctrine of exchange says you shouldn't get something for nothing.

Like, how about getting county services without paying your fair share?

According to the Pinellas County Appraiser's office, for 2002 Scientology property was:

$15,315,200 taxable
$30,762,900 non-taxable

I don't think this counts the SP building yet, which will be assessed, I think, about $55 million.
