Lurkers everywhere. Phil Chitester claims to be a Scientologist.
Here he is advocating that dissenters be "disposed of" in order to "protect the population". My observation is that Phil C is probably very ill, and possibly very dangerous. For this reason, I will no longer respond to his posts. The relevant message ids are below.
(See "my philosophy" thread for the full text). Scientology OSA,
management, or otherwise, should take note of this man and his erratic
posts, for he may be the next major flap for Scientology.

Looks like it. have we done a tabulation yet on the deaths in scientology
according to cause of death. Susan Meister had that bullet hole between her
eyes (no powder burns), and Flo Barnett was the worlds very *first 4 shot
suicide (two days after she told the cult to shove it), then there was Quinten
Hubbard and his two friends, all dead, within weeks of his leaving the cult.
Has Dr Joan Woods shown up yet? Odd she dissapeared with her house still in disorder, dishes in the sink.
Koos was issuing these sorts of veiled threats before he murdered his daughter, and while he was beating his girl friend... then he emailed some of us 8 months or so ago and was still making hints of arriving in the US to er...settle affairs.
Chitester is well on that path, now turned to overt threats. As the cult of scientology goes down I think its going to get worse, especially with their history of weapons training and use of knives to kill people at thier compound in Hemet (see the Tabayoyan affidavit www.xenu.net... he did the training).

Yes, you have a point and I think it is a valid one---- but we
are not doctors, and even if we were we could not dianose via
USENET with any degree of confidence. While it is my OPINION that
"Phil Chitester" (probably a pseudonymn) shows every sign of
being mentally ill with a propensity for violence, that may only
be an act on his part: he may be deliberately wishing to present
that image for his own (read: OSA's) nefarious reasons.
If it is not an act on his part, then I dearly hope he receives help. Up until now, Scientologists have been killing and injuring only Scientologists; if "Phil Chitester's" teeth start telling him to kill people, non-Scientologists may start to die.
My chief consern is the safely of Scientologists; when "Phil Chitester" discovers he has been cheated, lied to, scammed, swindled, and enslaved by his Scientology masters, I suspect his chief target for his rage will be Scientologists---- a pattern that one sees played out for the past 50 years.
Let us all hope "Phil Chitester" is just pretending to be a mentally ill psychopath with fantasies of violence: I do not want to see any more Scientologists die.

As soon as I they find me your address.

To advocate incarcerating someone for the mere expression of one's
views, regardless that such views are counter to your own, is an act
which is compatible with totalitarianism. To state that to attempt
to persuade someone from becoming a Scientologist is worse than murder
is a view which could conceivably be spawned in the mind of someone
who sympathizes with totalitarianism. You might deny being one who
supports totalitarianism, but it would not be a stretch of the
imagination, given your repugnant views, views that are
anti-American, that the seeds of totalitarianism are there.
I do not engage in any act which could be ethically, rationally, and legally construed as "blocking", and all of my actions do not exceed the mere expression of my opinions on Usenet, which is my right.
None of my actions could be remotely characterized, by anyone with a modicum of intelligence, as an attempt to 'destroy' anyone's ability to reason on the subject, nor can your provide any evidence to this claim. I challenge you to do so.
My own view is entirely compatible with the protection of the right to practice religion. And you will you not find any language which I have published on the internet or Usenet which conveys otherwise.
However, as long as the religion in question does engage in illegal and oppressive acts, which the church as done, the proof of which is on record, as well as the criminal parishioners in question having been imprisoned, I uphold my right to publish these facts as my civic duty as a citizen of the United States. These are not lies, the are facts of material record, for which you can shout "lies" into the hollow wind, but it does not change reality -- the reality which you cannot accept, because you are in a state of denial.
By virtue of the fact that you are intolerant of views which contradict your own, you are treasonous to your own spiritual growth, as well as the subject of spirituality in general.
You should be ashamed.
In the twenty six years that you have been a Scientologist, your social awareness does not approach the minimum requirement of a civilized man. You are infected with a poisonous philosophy, and so, one can only conclude that the source of that philosophy comes from L.
Ron Hubbard.
