I find this to be amusing, in other words, as much as Co$-bred Hubbardites rail on the NG about "The Psychs" who engage in sex with their patients . . .
they want to be sure that this right is extended to those who engage in sex with parishioners (or for little Claires sake, congreants) without them having to fear facing the ramifications of it.
This is because anybody who has been around in the Co$ for any period of time, already knows that Co$ reverends, volunteer ministers, and auditors, have been know to engage in sexual activity with other members of the Co$ while in official capacity.
Co$, as typical for LRH toadlets, want to extend rules to others for punishment and ridicule that they are not willing to extend to themselves.
