How Scientology uses the OCA test to recruit and assign people to staff positions.
I was talking to a very bright young lady the other night day with many years experience in the cult of scientology .....and it was her notion that the cult recruits caring decent people into the front end positions... public relations etc. Where these will impress the public that the cult is a beneficent group.
And that the cult recruits psychopaths into OSA , and many executive positions.
I ask how could that be done?
And she replied ...
'well say for instance, a person answered on the OCA test that they saw nothing wrong in hurting others... or in lying for instance,.... or taking something that was not theirs... and thought people in need should not be helped etc.
.... these traits along others, would tell the cult leaders who would make a good OSA staff op, hit man, guard or whatever.....' So it seems that not only is the cult deliberately creating psychopaths but it most likely recruits them.
And it explains to me at least, why it is we are not able to get the top management in many cases to defect .....and why they justify the most insanely corrupt activity as being right.
ITS NATURAL TO THEM... they truly dont have the capacity to see or realize that its wrong to harm or kill... even while they are doing it. And guess what? They answered that way on the OCA.
Now who said Hubbards personnel policy wasnt brilliant.
The people who are passive in nature get recruited for staff postiions where they can be manipulated in the most ruthless ways imaginable.
We sure do see a remarkably uniform set of vicious characteristics in those who have been OSA staff.
And we see the same set of characteristics in those who magically for one reason or another forward the cults agenda of ruin as cult spammers or operatives on the NG. Same characteristics... these just dont even 'see' what they are doing as wrong... these have on sense of right or wrong or decency only as Hubbard told them..... and Hubbard told them to ruin those who disagree and that, that is 'right' so we have the recruitment and reprogramming of psychopaths to the cults ends apparently.
We certainly saw that in Lisa's case, she was ruined from the very start and after they killed her, they laugh at and trash her some more.... with lies.
I suggest that its not good to present discrediting falsehoods about the victims. One can do better than that...
