That is over twice as many psychiatrists now working in the USA than there are Scientology staff and customers throughout the world. How is Scientology Inc. going to end mental health care when physicians outnumber then by around 220%?

The majority of male psychologists earn from $50,000 to $75,000 a year. Conversely, the majority of Scientology staff get "paid" around $48 a week, working six and a half days a week, with one day off a year.
