Mr. Peter Ramsay is in no manner affiliated nor does he represent the legally entitled owners of the name and mark: "Temple of At'L'An".

Mr. Ramsay is engaged in wilfully infringing on the Intellectual property of others.

Any claim Mr. Ramsay may make to the legitimate use of "Temple of At'L'An" as a trade or business name is fraudulent.

Mr.Ramsay is in fact the President of an Ontario Numbered Corporation. This Corporation is using a name it has no legal permission to use: "Temple of At'l'An" Inc.

The legitimate owners of "Temple of At'L'An" are not responsible for the actions of Mr. Ramsay.

Mr. Ramsay and those acting in concert with him have as much legal right to use "Temple of At'L'An "in a corporate name as I would in calling one of my Ontario Corporations "Church of Scientology Inc."

If any individual has any other communications of any kind from Mr. Ramsay or his fellow Office of Special Affairs members or volunteers please forward them to myself at elrond1@home.com.

Mr. Ramsay continues to flagrantly disregard the legal grounds of the Cease and Desist warning he has received from my solicitors:

Marks and Ciraco concerning the Ramsay/Co$ Infringement activities.

Legal action against Mr. Ramsay, the Church of Scientology and its leader David Miscavige will be initiated by the legal owners of the name and mark "Temple of At'L'An", once final registration of the Trademark has cleared the Canadian Intellectual Property Office.
