This besides my business registration BIN:941456865, applied for in Ontario on March 14, 1994 and registered by the Minister of Consumer and Commercial Relations on Dec. 05, 1994. This was renewed in 1999 on November 30, with the registry no. of 991264292.

In addition if you do a domain name search you will find:

as belonging to me.

Finally,as you must also be aware by this time, I have employed the services of a Trademark Agent, Barrister and Solicitor, to register "Temple of At'L'An" and its Logo. If you choose to dispute this registration, despite your written, self admitted attempt at Copyright and Intellectual Property theft, you will of course bear all the legal costs.

You *do* remember of course, you *have* admitted to me, previously in writing, you are aware you are committing an act of theft, do you not?

Let me give you a free piece of advice, Mr Ramsay, since you are obviously new to this medium.

Harassing e mail is just as unwelcome as your harassing snail mail.It is a violation of the AUP of the ISP we both share.

Sending e mail to my friends and associates, in which you defame me and or them, is also in violation of the @home AUP.

I will take this opportunity, since this e- mail is to be shared by an impartial and legally responsible party, to wit: our common service provider @ home.com, to demand of you an apology for your defaming comments of me both via the regular mails, e-mail and verbally on the public streets.

You may transmit such an apology to me via a single registered letter to my home address, which you well know, as proven by your previous harassing letters.

You have the usual seven business days to comply, or not.

Since it is well known you are an Operative of the Criminally Convicted Cult of Scientology, I will also post this letter to the Usenet group <alt.religion.scientology>. There it will be captured and recorded by Scientology staff member Rhea Smith, or her successor and forwarded to Pat Felske, Director of Special Affairs at the Toronto Cult of Scientology and your current immediate Superior. This, as you should be aware of is the Standard Operating Procedure admitted to by Scientology in Grady Ward vs R.T.C (the current controlling corporation of Scientology INC.), Calif. 1999.

I am sure Pat will inform you *exactly* how far out on the 'limb' Scientology has shoved you, before cutting you off.

I remind you that you are also subject to a previous notice by Mr. C. Woods at <wulfen@total.net> regarding your unwanted communications. I think you will discover, Mr. Ramsay, responsibility and consequences of actions you take in this medium are acute and immediate. Copyright theft, defamation and harassment receive swift action by most ISPs.
