Dear Mr. Moran:

Enclosed are examples of emails that I have received from your client, Stuart Randolph Kretchmar aka Randy Kretchmar. Mr. Kretchmar has, on a daily basis, taunted me, mocked me, vilified me, demeaned me and maligned me as to my age, my health condition and disability. These attacks on me are way beyond the norms of civilized behavior. The malicious nature of these continued attacks on me indicate that he is a disturbed person. I urge you to seek professional help for him.

I must take into consideration the fact that Mr. Kretchmar has in the past been named in a Deposition and in a Declaration to have been involved in a murder plot, and he has been involved with attacking me by mailing around personal attacks in the form of a Dead Agent pack. He has recently issued threats against my friend and companion. I must therefore consider him to be a danger and a threat to myself, my companion and my family.

I have attempted to persuade Mr. Kretchmar to stop these personal attacks and to work together with me in a project that would benefit the public at large.

He has responded with more pernicious attacks upon myself.

I hereby demand that you advise Mr. Kretchmar to not contact me by email or any other means.

I am still waiting for a retraction of the false accusations and threats that you made against me in your letter of Dec. 15, 2001.

I recall that another client of yours, John Sullivan, attempted to malign and mock me because I have to use oxygen. Malicious attacks of this nature seem to be a common practice by members of the Church of Scientology. You will be well advised to seek exit counseling for your clients.
